Services | Mobile Wound Care Specialists That Come to You

Background ImageBackground Image

At Woundology, we deliver expert mobile wound care directly to patients across Southern California. Our mission is to make healing accessible, safe, and comfortable by bringing hospital-grade care to the place patients feel most at ease — their own home.

We provide sterile replacement of suprapubic catheters and gastrostomy tubes (G-tubes) at skilled nursing facilities and in the comfort of your home. This service helps patients stay safe, avoid unnecessary transfer, maintain proper nutrition, and avoid infections or complications that can come from delayed replacements.

Our team manages all types of chronic ulcers, from diabetic foot wounds to bedsores and circulation-related ulcers. By treating these wounds, we lower the risk of infection, expedite the healing process, and help prevent lengthy hospital stays. We use cutting-edge technology such as biologic amniotic skin substitutes to improve the healing process of complex wounds caused by chronic diseases.

We care for complex wounds caused by trauma, surgery, burns, and malignancy, as well as provide safe staples and suture removal after procedures. Our mobile certified wound care experts deliver sterile treatment, advanced dressings, and expert support that promotes healing while reducing the risks of infection and complications.

We offer expert support for skin biopsy, wound vac therapy, sharp debridement, and treatment for light dermatologic conditions. These services help stimulate circulation, remove unhealthy tissue, accelerate healing, and prevent hospital visits.

Our concierge wound care service offers personalized, one-on-one treatment delivered at home. Skilled providers create tailored plans for each patient’s unique needs, performing advanced wound assessments, dressing changes, and infection control to promote faster healing, prevent complications, and reduce unnecessary hospital visits.
